Message delivery depends on transmission by your wireless service provider, and no carrier warrants or guarantees that any message will be delivered, or delivered on time. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any message sent through this program.
Any indemnification obligation described in these Terms and Conditions or in our SMS Terms and Conditions does not apply to, and expressly excludes, T-Mobile US, Inc. (TMUS) subscribers. No TMUS subscriber has any indemnification obligation to Cedar Point Insurance under these Terms.
